Hüveyda studied law at the Free University of Berlin on a scholarship awarded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Foundation). She completed legal clerkships in Berlin and New York and has also worked in various international law firms. Hüveyda is currently a PhD student and has a full-time scholarship. She is writing her doctoral thesis on legal issues related to Artificial Intelligence. Socially, she is very active in the field of educational justice.
